If the item you purchased is damaged upon receipt, just contact email@example.com
within 10 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization number. Then return the item "parcel paid"
for a full refund.
If you are returning for any other reason, the item must be returned in the original "package parcel"
within twenty days of receipt of product. No COD's will be accepted. You will receive a full refund
minus shipping and handling plus a 10 percent re-stocking fee.
Sale items cannot be returned for refund, unless damaged during delivery.
